Create Boards or Files and put them in a workflow

In ButtonShift you can create different types of content within the spaces to keep your work organized and restricted only to members.

• Boards: This is where you can upload a group of content (Images, Videos) and send them for Shortlisting, Reviews & Approvals. 
• Collections (Projects): Here you can group similar boards and track the overall progress (e.g., a campaign may involve multiple sets of creatives and for each set of creatives you could have different members, in this case, it would be better organized if a Project was created for the campaign). 
• Files & Worklists: These can all be created within the space and stay restricted to the members within.

Note: You can invite people directly to a specific entity (like a Board or File) without giving them full access to the entire Space. All entities except Collections can be created anywhere in your workspace and not necessarily within a space.
