Can I undo actions in the workflow?

Yes! Now you can easily revert unintended changes with ButtonShift’s Undo feature. This allows team members to undo their most recent actions in the workflow.

Where can you use the “Undo” feature:

The Undo feature works within Boards and Files in your workflow. 

[Note: Only Creator, Owner, Manager & Admin can perform this action.]

 Here’s how you can:

Undo a Board: 

• Navigate to the Boards section in your workspace
• Open the Board where you want to undo an action
• Click on the three dots next to the Board’s name.
• Select “Undo Last Action” and your change will be reverted.

Undo an individual file: 

•  Select the file from the board that you want to undo.
• Once you open it, Click on the “Undo” option and it’ll undo the file.

Note: Once the board has been approved you cannot undo it anymore
