This guide applies to users on the Starter and Pay-as-you-Go plans. If you are on a Team Plan, you already have unlimited allowances for files, boards, collections, spaces, and worklists.
If You Are on the Starter Plan
The free Starter Plan operates with certain fixed limits on Boards ie., 7 Days Validity Per Board, 3 Members Per Board, 2 GB Collaborative Storage, 180 Seconds of A/V duration, and 1,000 Files, along with Limited Workflow Features.
To enhance these limits, you must upgrade to the Pay-as-you-Go plan and opt for the desired increased allowances.
If You Are already on the Pay-as-you-Go Plan
As a Pay-as-you-Go user, you already have the flexibility to tailor your plan. You can opt to enhance specific limits for your boards as needed:
- Validity: Increase the duration the board remains active to 15, 30, or 60 days.
- Storage: Increase your collaborative storage capacity to 5, 10, or 20 GB.
- A/V Duration: Increase the allowed duration for audio and video files to 0, 10, 20, 60, or 180 minutes.
- Member Count: Increase the number of members allowed on the board to 3, 5, or 10.
- Download Control: You can also opt to enable or disable downloads of the approved versions for added security and control.
By selecting the specific enhancements you need, the Pay-as-you-Go plan allows you to manage usage limits cost-effectively on a per-board basis.
