If you’re unable to add a version in ButtonShift, it might be because the file is not in the Revision stage. As an Approver, you can only add versions when the file is in this stage.

To fix this:

  • Check the file’s status.
  • If it’s not in Revision, update it or ask the relevant team member to move it to that stage.
  •  Once in Revision, you should be able to add a new version without any issues.
