Upgrading a free board:
If you are using a free board, you can upgrade it to a Pay-as-you-go (Pay-G) Board anytime before it expires to increase limits on storage, A/V duration and users.
[Note: Free Board will automatically be deleted 7 days after its expiry if not upgraded.]
Enhancing limits on a Pay-G Board:
If you need more resources for your Pay-G follow these steps to enhance its limit:
- Click on the three dots next to the Board name
- Select “Enhance PayG Limits” from the menu.
- Choose your new configuration based on your needs.
- Proceed with the payment for the add-on
- Receive a confirmation once the limits have been successfully upgraded.
