You can easily create a new version of a file in ButtonShift using the drag-and-drop feature. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open your workspace and navigate to the Boards section.
  2. Click on the upload button and select the file you want to auto create a version of. (Ensure the file is “In Revision”)
  3. Click and drag the file, then drop it into the workspace.
  4. Now, a pop-up will appear. Click “Add as Version” to upload the updated file.

That’s it! Your file is now saved as a new version.
