A Shortlist Board is specifically designed to help you quickly identify the best assets from a larger group, making it simple to get a clear decision from an approver.
If you are trying to create a Shortlist Board and find the option unavailable, it is usually due to your User Role permissions within the workspace.
Why can’t I create one?
ButtonShift restricts the creation of Shortlist Boards to specific roles. Shortlist boards can be created by Creators and Collaborators only.
How to resolve this?
- Select the option “I’m creating Content” when creating a new board. This will automatically tag you as the Creator and can create a Shortlist board as well.
- Inform the Owner, Admin, or Manager of the workspace to change your role to Collaborator, or Creator for you to be able to create a Shortlist board.
