How do I shortlist files on a board?

If you have been asked to review and shortlist files, ButtonShift makes the process clear and efficient. This article will guide you through how to review a set of files on a shortlist board and confirm your final selections.

Reviewing and Confirming a Shortlist

When a creator requests a shortlist, you will receive a notification. To begin the process, simply follow these steps:

1. Review the files: Go through all the files on the board that have been submitted for your review.
2. Select your choices: Simply click on the Star Icon on the desired file to shortlist. You can also select multiple files and mark them as shortlisted.
3. Confirm the selection: Once you have selected your choices, click the Confirm Shortlist button.
4. Send back to creator: A pop-up will appear, and you can click Send to finalize your selections and send the shortlist board back to the creator for further action.

Once you have confirmed your selection, the files you chose will be automatically tagged as Shortlisted, and the rest will be tagged as Discarded. This provides a clear and final outcome for the creator.
