Where to see shared Workspaces, Spaces, Collections and Boards?

If another member has shared a space, collection, or board with you, you can easily find all those items consolidated in one place within your ButtonShift workspace.

Locating Items Shared with You

Follow these steps to access any content that has been shared with your account:

1. Expand the Dashboard: Look for the dashboard panel, located on the right side of your main screen, and click to expand it.
2. Navigate to Shared Items: Click on the “Shared with me” option.
3. View All Shared Content: This will open a dedicated section showing all the individual files, boards, collections, and spaces that have been shared with you.
