The content you upload to boards will remain accessible as long as your subscription is active, but the exact retention policy depends on your plan.
For Boards created in Team Plan
On a Team plan, your content stays as long as your payments are up to date. If your payment fails, your workspace will be deactivated after 15 days. If the renewal is not completed, all your content will be permanently deleted after an additional 15 days.
For Starter or Pay-as-you-Go Boards
For Pay-as-you-Go boards or those created in a Starter Plan, your board will be closed once it expires. If the board is not renewed within 7 days of its expiration, all content within it will be permanently deleted.
