Mandatory Fields are pre-applied settings that require a user to provide specific information before a ‘Task’ can be created. For example, if the ‘Assignee’ field is set to mandatory, a ‘Task’ cannot be saved without an assigned member.
The following can be set as mandatory:
- ‘Planned Start Date’
- ‘Planned Complete Date’
- ‘Priority’
- ‘Labels’
- ‘Assignee’
These are optional and can be configured during ‘Worklist’ creation or edited at the ‘Plan’ level.
