The first ‘Plan’ in a ‘Worklist’ carries the ‘Status’ structure you choose during creation. By default, these are ‘To Do’ (Not Started category), ‘In Progress’ (In Progress category), and ‘Done’ (Completed category).
Subsequent ‘Plans’ created will automatically inherit the structure from the last created ‘Plan’, including ‘Status’ options, ‘Priority’ levels, ‘Labels’, and ‘Mandatory Field Settings’.
