‘Share with Anyone’ is intended for securely sharing a Board with people who are not members of your Workspace. Additional controls such as ‘passcode’, ‘expiry’, and ‘download permissions’ can be configured.
‘Copy Board Link’ generates a direct link that can only be accessed by users who already have permission to the Board.
To copy a board link:
- Click the ‘3 dots’ menu on the Board card.
- Select ‘Copy Board Link’.
This link is commonly used within ButtonShift for Tasks, Comments, and Group Chat conversations.
