How do I hide specific versions of a File?

• Open the File.
• Click the share icon to open the ‘Share with Anyone’ popup.
• In the ‘hide versions’ section, all versions are visible by default.
• Select the versions you want to hide.
• Click Save.

Anyone accessing the File through the ‘Share with Anyone’ link will only see the versions you have made visible. This is useful for separating internal versions from client-facing versions.
