‘Share with Anyone’ is designed for secure collaboration with people who are not members of your Workspace. It provides additional controls such as ‘hiding specific versions’, ‘passcode’, ‘expiry’, and ‘download permissions’.
‘Copy File Link’ generates a direct link to the File that can only be accessed by members who already have access to that File. To copy it:
- Click the ‘3 dots’ menu on the File card.
- Select ‘Copy File Link’.
This link is commonly used within ButtonShift, such as in Tasks, Comments, Group Chat, or other internal discussions.
