What can I do after opening a File?

If the File has Workflow enabled:

• Perform workflow actions based on your assigned Creator or Approver role.
• Add, edit, or reply to Feedback and Comments.

If the File does not have Workflow enabled:

• Update the file Status.
• Upload new versions.
• Add, edit, or reply to Feedback and Comments.
