Why don’t I see the ‘Submit File’ option?

To use ‘Submit File’, the following conditions must be met:

The File or the Board containing the file must have Workflow enabled.
You must be assigned the Creator role on the File or Board.

If either condition is not met, the ‘Submit File’ action will not be available.
